Sh. Desh Deepak, Lecturer acts as Officer in Charge for the department and looks all the affairs of the department along with departmental staff members.

राजकीय बहुतकनीकी संस्थान के टेक्सटाइल डिजाईन के पूर्व छात्र प्रवीण शर्मा का चयन सऊदी अरब की मल्टीनेशनल कंपनी ‘एडवांस्ड फैब्रिक लिमिटेड (SAAF) में 65000 रूपये महीने के वेतनमान पर हुआ है| प्रवीण वर्ष 2009 से 2012 तक संस्था के छात्र रहे | इससे पहले प्रवीण ने गुडगाँव की कई मल्टीनेशनल कम्पनीयों में काम किया है| इस मौके पर आज वह अपने शिक्षको से मिलने संस्थान पहुंचा था | संस्थान के प्रिंसिपल श्री राजीव वासुदेवा ने प्रवीण को बंधाई दी एवं जीवन में सफल रहने का गुरुमंत्र दिया | टेक्सटाइल डिजाईन के लेक्चरर श्री सुनील भूटानी ने बताया की टेक्सटाइल डिजाईन के एक अन्य छात्र जगदीप का भी पिछले महीनें जॉर्डन की एक मल्टीनेशनल कंपनी में चयन हुआ था |
Department of Textile Design
The department of Textile Design offers a three year course leading to diploma of the State Board of Technical Education, Haryana based on semester system established in 1995 under World Bank Project. The department is well equipped with Weaving Lab., Printing Lab., Knitting Lab., Garment Design Lab. and Textile Testing Lab. Keeping in view the future trends in Textiles, Textile Design course attracts many opportunities in fields of Computer Aided Textile Design & Fashion Technology.
To achieve this end the department of Textile Design has introduced courses in AUTO CAD and Textile Related Specialized Software. After completing these courses the students acquires the skills & knowledge to be absorbed in computerized Textile Design department, Fashion industry (Garment Export House) or production department in Weaving, Printing & Knitting.
